By booking our window tinting services, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") with VibeTint ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs all services provided by VibeTint.
Important: Please read these terms carefully before booking our services. By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
VibeTint provides professional automotive window tinting services using high-quality films including:
- Carbon Tint: Premium carbon-based film with superior heat rejection
- Ceramic Tint: Advanced ceramic technology with maximum performance
- Hybrid Tint: Combination technology for optimal value and performance
Technical Specifications
Our window tinting services involve the application of specialized films that:
- Reduce heat transmission and UV radiation
- Enhance privacy and security
- Improve aesthetic appearance
- Comply with local and state legal requirements
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Price Adjustments
Important Notice: All quoted prices are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions. Final pricing may be subject to adjustment based on:
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- Window configuration and complexity
- Current condition of existing tint (if applicable)
- Vehicle maintenance and cleanliness condition
- Special requirements or modifications
- Additional services requested during installation
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Check (with prior approval)
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- A deposit may be required for appointments exceeding $500
- Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from quote date
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
4. Service Refusal Rights
VibeTint reserves the absolute right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle condition that may compromise installation quality
- Safety concerns for our technicians or equipment
- Legal compliance issues
- Customer behavior that is disruptive or inappropriate
- Technical limitations or equipment constraints
- Weather conditions that may affect installation quality
- Privacy and business discretion reasons
No Obligation: The Company maintains complete discretion in service provision and is under no obligation to provide reasons for service refusal beyond those related to safety or legal compliance.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation
Customer agrees to:
- Ensure vehicle is clean (interior and exterior) prior to appointment
- Remove all personal items from dashboard and rear shelf areas
- Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments
- Provide accurate vehicle information during booking
- Disclose any existing damage or modifications
Legal Compliance
Customer is responsible for ensuring tint compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. VibeTint provides guidance but final legal responsibility rests with the vehicle owner.
6. Warranty and Limitations
Warranty Coverage
VibeTint provides warranty coverage as follows:
- Installation Warranty: 1 year against defects in workmanship
- Film Warranty: As provided by manufacturer (varies by product)
- Fading/Discoloration: Covered under manufacturer warranty
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to accidents, vandalism, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from aftermarket modifications
- Removal or replacement due to legal changes
- Consequential or incidental damages
7. Liability Limitations
Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- VibeTint's liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- Customer assumes responsibility for vehicle security during service
- Any pre-existing vehicle damage should be disclosed before service
Maximum Liability: In no event shall VibeTint's total liability exceed the amount paid by Customer for the specific services in question.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customer Cancellations
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee
- No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee
Company Cancellations
VibeTint may cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Weather conditions affecting installation quality
- Equipment malfunction or maintenance
- Emergency situations
- Staffing issues
9. Privacy and Data Protection
VibeTint respects customer privacy and:
- Collects only necessary information for service provision
- Does not share customer information with third parties
- Maintains secure records of transactions
- May use information for service improvement and communication
